Submit an interest form on the website. Request a complimentary Teacher Wellness Assessment for your school.
What can I expect in a wellness retreat?

Each session will include breath work and somatic movement however, each campus will receive a specially curated program specific to the needs of their school community.
How do I book your services for my school?

Complete the interest form and wait at least 48 hours for a response. We will conduct a complimentary Teacher Wellness Assessment and select from the Basic, Intermediate, or Advanced package. All payments are to be made upfront prior to the first service. Payments are non-refundable.
