We are invested in movement, breath work, and play as spiritual activation.

We specialize in movement practice, informed by improvisation and meditation, as medicine for spiritual, energetic, and mental afflictions.

Established in Summer 2024, P3 has existed as a mobile studio for discovery through play, dance, and prayer.
